Among the solutions offered by Molins Construction Solutions for resin-finished floors, we have a system, which provides an acid-resistant protective finish with high mechanical and chemical resistance. 

The project consists of the rehabilitation of a 150 m² parking area for industrial machinery use. 

REASON FOR THE INTERVENTION 
The intervention was necessary to repair a degraded cementitious floor lacking the necessary resistance, which presented an uneven surface in certain areas. The floor will be leveled and subsequently sealed with an epoxy resin protective finish. 

CHALLENGES AND LIMITATIONS 

  • Consolidate the damaged substrate and identify the appropriate product for repair. 
  • Homogenize the surface with appropriate treatment and priming. 
  • Select a protection and final coating product that meets the client’s needs, such as resistance to fuels and oils, as well as abrasion and impact.
