Tips for SATE

Step 1. Drilling the support to place the fasteners in a SATE: We must take into account the support. With a hollow support we are going to use a rotation technique and with a solid support we will use a percussion technique.

Step 2. Threaded fastening element: to install, it is recommended to embed or flush which facilitates the application.

Step 3. Window frame profile: in case of renovation, the best option is to use the window frame profile. Two adhesive strips, one of them is used to glue the profile to the window frame with extensible mesh that allows to fit the insulation board, and at the end of the work the other strip will leave the carpentry clean.

Step 4. Sealing tape: place the expansive tape at the end of the plate and seal.
