System description

External Thermal Insulation System (SATE) for facades in new construction and renovation, made with extruded polystyrene insulation panel (XPS) and acrylic finish coating modified with silicones and polysiloxanes, selected aggregates, additives and fungicidal agents. The high waterproofing capacity of this SATE System panel, together with the water-repellent, phocatalytic and decontaminating characteristics of the cladding, provides the building with high protection in damp environments and façade plinths, with significant thermal comfort, as well as highly durable decoration.

This is the external thermal insulation system specially designed with damp-proof insulation material, which helps the energy efficiency of new buildings or renovations.

Thermal insulation on the exterior of facades, with the Propam Aisterm IMPE Molins system, with ETE 09/0005, composed of: rigid extruded polystyrene panel XPS, Propam Aisterm CE “MOLINS”, according to UNE-EN 13164, xx mm thick , thermal conductivity λ =0.034 W/mK and 1250x600 mm, fixed to the support with Propam Aisterm Molins water-repellent adhesive mortar, gray in color and mechanical fixings with expansion plug and Propam Aisterm ABC “MOLINS” polypropylene nail in a minimum number of 6 pcs/m2. Base layer with a minimum thickness of 3 mm consisting of Propam Aisterm “MOLINS” water-repellent adhesive mortar, gray or white, reinforced with anti-alkali fiberglass mesh, Propam Aisterm 160 “MOLINS”, green, 3.5x3.8 mm mesh size, 160 g/m² surface mass and 0.6 mm thickness; ( )mm thick finishing layer, Revat Plas /Revat Plas UF/ Revat Plas SLX/ Revat Plas UF SLX "MOLINS" acrylic mortar, color ( ), trowelled finish, on primer, Revat Film “MOLINS”, color ( ).
