System description

External Thermal Insulation System (SATE) for façades in new construction and renovation, made with EPS insulation panel and finish based on ultra-fine mineral stucco, which is easy to apply, highly flexible and decontaminating.

This type of finish represents a great evolution in the field of coatings for SATE systems, as it recovers the traditional and natural aesthetics provided by lime stucco, as opposed to that offered by current conventional coatings, based on acrylic solutions. The ultra-fine natural lime-based finish allows for three types of texture: smooth, trowelled and Venetian stucco type (matt).

Thermal insulation on the exterior of facades, with the Propam Aisterm NATURE "MOLINS" system, composed of: EPS panel, Propam Aisterm "MOLINS", according to UNE-EN 13163, xx mm thick, thermal conductivity λ =0.037 W /mK and 1000x500 mm, fixed to the support with white PROPAM® AISTERM "MOLINS" water-repellent adhesive mortar and mechanical fixings with expansion plug and Propam Aisterm ABC "MOLINS" polypropylene nail in a minimum number of 6 units/m2; Base layer with a minimum thickness of 6 mm consisting of PROPAM® AISTERM "MOLINS" water-repellent adhesive mortar, white, reinforced with anti-alkali fiberglass mesh, Propam Aisterm 160 "MOLINS", green, 3.5x3.8 mm mesh size, 160 g/m² surface mass and 0.6 mm thickness; Finishing layer of PROPAM® CAL NATURE ultra-fine mineral stucco classified as CR-CSI-W2 according to UNE EN 998-1 "MOLINS", 2 mm total thickness, white, floated, smooth finish, or non-glossy Venetian stucco type. Including Propam Aisterm "MOLINS" starter profiles, made of aluminum, Propam Aisterm "MOLINS" top closing profiles, made of aluminum, Propam Aisterm "MOLINS" corner profiles, made of PVC, with mesh, Propam Aisterm "MOLINS" side closing profiles , aluminum, Propam Aisterm "MOLINS" profiles, for edge protection, painter's adhesive tape for carpentry protection, Betoflex MS one-component elastomeric putty "MOLINS" and Roundex "MOLINS" closed-cell expanded polyethylene foam cord for sealing of joints.
