Residential Senior living residences

Industrialized residential development comprising 912 dwellings, with a total built area of 26,920 m², executed using a fully integrated industrialization system for both structure and façades, achieving a 100% level of industrialization. The construction solution includes industrialized execution both below ground level—covering the structure and basement walls intended for parking—and above ground level, integrating load-bearing structures, façades, partitions between dwellings, and vertical circulation cores.

The total execution period of the industrialized works was 19 months, representing a reduction of 7 months compared to an equivalent traditional construction system. The project incorporates fully prefabricated 3D bathrooms and advanced sustainability criteria, achieving BREEAM Excellent certification and ensuring high standards of efficiency, construction quality, and schedule control.
