Diversion sleepers

Pre-stressed concrete sleepers of different lengths, each with the necessary fittings to hold the rail in a different position, in order to ensure that the rail follows the track geometry of the corresponding switch or cross tie.

To date, we have supplied more than 1,000,000 linear metres of sleepers for switch and cross ties, being the only manufacturer to supply all the models in use in Spain.

Our international expansion is also worth noting. Through our customers we have supplied sleepers for switch and cross ties in many countries such as Algeria, Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina, Colombia and Turkey.

Sleepers can be supplied for ballasted track, rigid or resilient slab track and with rail pad under sleepers. The operating parameters can reach speeds of 350 km/h, loads of 32 tonnes and radii between 90 and 17,000 m.

Sleepers can be supplied for tracks on ballast, rigid or elastic plate tracks and with soles under the sleeper. The terrible design combination is 22.5tn and 200km/h, and radii between 90 and 17,000m.
