Solutions
Prestressed concrete sleepers of different lengths and each of them with the necessary elements to hold the rail in a different position, in order to ensure that it follows the geometry of the track of the corresponding device.
PRECON has supplied to date more than 1,000,000 linear meters of sleepers for track devices. Being the only manufacturer that supplies all the models in use in Spain.
Through its Spanish clients, it has supplied sleepers for track devices to Algeria, Argentina, Colombia, Turkey and Venezuela. The different design parameters and fastenings of the supplied models can be seen in the models table.
Sleepers can be supplied for tracks on ballast, rigid or elastic plate tracks and with soles under the sleeper. The terrible design combination is 22.5tn and 200km/h, and radii between 90 and 17,000m.
