Soil cement

Stability, strength and durability in traffic roads.

Homogeneous mixture of aggregates, water, cement, and additives, mixed at a plant to be transported to the work site. Soil-cement provides stability, strength, and durability to the ground without generating dust and, its final composition, adapts to the technical prescriptions of each project. It complies with PG3, the standard that regulates the general specifications for Highways.

Field of application

Base layer for high traffic demand roads: highways, streets, paths, motorways and dual carriageways, for light or heavy traffic, parking lots and airport runways.

Advantages

Provides a high-strength layer, thanks to the cement content which performs the function of a binder.
Homogeneous percentage of moisture and cement, controlled from the manufacturing plant.
Does not generate dust when applied on the path.
Adapts to the strength requirements of the particular technical specifications document of each project, stabilizing the different types of terrain that may exist.
The raw materials used to elaborate this product have the CE marking.

Application system

The material is transported, from the manufacturing plant to the site, by dump trucks, with the possibility of installing a manufacturing plant on the site itself.
After being spread, it will be compacted following the technical specifications.
