Prosilence

Highly innovative product. Mixture of cement, aggregates, additives and 100% recycled polymeric material that give it superior thermal-acoustic properties to conventional mortar.

Continuous paving screeds can reach thicknesses of less than 35 mm, providing a completely level, light and crack-free surface.

This is a product that provides acoustic and thermal insulation as specified in the technical building code.

Field of application

Surfaces requiring higher-than-normal thermal and acoustic insulation.
Surfaces with a thicknesses between 3.5 and 8 cm.
Surfaces for lightweight structures thanks to their low density.
PROSILENCE is compatible with floating parquet, marble, tiles and ceramics. If adhesives or glues are used, the mortar surface must be brushed by machine or with a spiked steel brush when laying the final coating. At the contractor’s request.
Direct application on the slab, without the need for sheets.

Application and delivery system

It is delivered on site by a concrete mixer lorry, and, via a pumping system, it is laid by a team of Molins professionals.
