PROHEAT TERM mortar is specially designed for highly energy efficient flooring such as those with underfloor heating or construction solutions that call for a high level of thermal conductivity.

PROHEAT TERM is part of the range of products that have been specially designed to improve the performance of flooring with underfloor heating with its graphene formulation, a carbonaceous compound that, when added to the mortar, provides a wealth of benefits that make it more conductive.

Homogeneity: PROHEAT TERM is delivered from the concrete plant in a fresh state in a concrete mixer truck, guaranteeing the homogeneity of the product.
Self-levelling, capable of flowing and covering any part or corner of the application surface.
Easy to apply and high level of performance: Thanks to its liquid consistency. Its pumped consistency allows for a quick on-site application.
More sustainable: As it is pumped, no on-site waste is generated (plastic pallet, surplus material).
