Resistant, stable, and durable
A homogeneous mixture of aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures mixed in a central plant. The aggregates used in its manufacture, whether natural or from crushing, are clean, solid, and resistant. They comply with the quality, plasticity, and particle size distribution characteristics derived from the PG3 (General Specification for Road and Bridge Works).
It provides greater strength than soil-cement, thanks to its cement content of a minimum of 4%; this percentage is adjusted according to the required resistance of the product. It is an ideal material for road pavement.

Field of application
This product is used as a substitute for road subbases.

Application system
- The instructions established in the PG3 must be followed, first checking the previous surface and its characteristics, spreading the material, compacting, and carrying out the specific curing process.
- The material is transported, from the manufacturing plant to the construction site, by dump trucks, with the possibility of installing a manufacturing plant on the site itself.
- Depending on the environmental conditions and the distance from the manufacturing point to the site, the formulations will be adapted so that the material arrives at the site at its optimal point for correct application.
