We reinforce our commitment to industrialized construction at REBUILD 2025 

• We will be hosting a program of talks and presentations by renowned professionals from the construction industry at booth 9E541. 

Once again, we are participating as a Global Partner at REBUILD 2025, the leading event in the sector, which will take place from April 23 to 25 at IFEMA Madrid. The event will bring together more than 25,000 construction professionals—including developers, builders, architects, and technical architects—and will feature over 5,600 new building projects. 

Over the course of the three-day trade fair, we will showcase our innovative industrialized construction solutions at our booth (9E541) and actively participate in various presentations, roundtables, and institutional meetings, reinforcing our position as a key player in the transformation of the construction industry. 

We will sponsor the section of the congress dedicated to promoting industrialized construction. Higini Alfageme, Executive Vice President of the Precast Business, will open this forum by presenting our complete and flexible industrialized system, designed to address any construction challenge in residential building. We will also take part in key presentations on sustainability, digitalization, and the industrialization of large-scale construction projects, and participate in spaces organized by the Navarra Cluster and the Madrid Building Cluster, among others. 

This edition of REBUILD will also spotlight the importance of fostering a culture of rehabilitation in Spain as a driver of innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Beyond improving comfort, reducing energy consumption, and increasing property value, rehabilitation is positioned as one of the key strategies for advancing toward the decarbonization of the economy. 

A strong commitment to industrialized construction 

Our presence at REBUILD 2025 is yet another example of our dedication to new construction methods. Through our concrete precast business, we promote industrialized construction, with 13 manufacturing plants, 1,500 professionals, and projects spread across Spain. 

In fact, during the event we will unveil our latest innovation in industrialization: 3D vertical communication cores, which include stairwells, elevator shafts, landings, and prefabricated stairs. These cores can be adapted to all types of industrialized construction projects as well as in situ builds. This all-in-one system features a modular design capable of meeting any construction challenge, helping to reduce execution times while enhancing quality and safety in the sector.
