We close the year with highlighted projects like the construction of Spotify Camp Nou

We end the year by launching emblematic projects across Spain, reaffirming our leadership in innovative construction solutions that promote the sustainable development of the regions.

Throughout this year, we have participated in initiatives such as the construction of Spotify Camp Nou using Susterra concrete, which has a lower carbon footprint and incorporates recycled aggregates from the demolition of the original stadium. Other standout projects include strengthening the structure of the viaduct over the Piedra River in Ateca (Zaragoza), installing urban furniture next to the Picasso Towers in Málaga, and constructing a residence in Salamanca, among many others.

With our involvement in projects across various sectors and domains—encompassing logistics, commercial, and urban works—we position ourselves as a global partner in innovative construction solutions that foster social development. We achieve this through our network of over 70 facilities across the country, ranging from construction solutions factories, concrete plants, and precast concrete facilities to circular economy installations, among others.

A New Molins

This year marked a milestone in our history with the launch of a new corporate identity. We unified our commercial brands operating in Spain—Cementos Molins Industrial, Promsa, Propamsa, Pretersa-Prenavisa, and Precon—under a single identity.

The renewal of our visual identity and the unification of our businesses better reflect what Molins is today: a global partner in innovative construction solutions, spanning cement, mortar, and concrete to precast or urban landscape solutions. Our new slogan, “Building the Present. Driving the Future,” reflects our evolution and the start of a new chapter in our corporate history with a clear purpose: to enhance social development and quality of life by creating innovative and sustainable construction solutions.

Our evolution underscores our transformative role in society and cities: our innovative and sustainable solutions enable the construction of key buildings for social development, such as schools and hospitals, and connect places and people through roads, railways, ports, and airports.

As emphasized by our CEO, Marcos Cela, “This change represents a unique opportunity to give new momentum to a brand firmly associated with key concepts such as sustainability and innovation.” To achieve this, we have defined a clear strategy: building on our strong foundation in cement manufacturing with lower CO2 emissions, we focus on innovation and sustainability to expand our product portfolio. This includes sustainable concretes, pavements, precast solutions, specialized mortars, thermal insulation systems for buildings, urban furniture, and circular economy initiatives, among others.

“The cement business is the company’s foundation, representing 60% of our current operations, and we are investing in reducing emissions to achieve net zero by 2050. However, today we are a company offering an extensive catalog of construction solutions, and our long-term strategy is to continue growing in all types of construction solutions so that we can provide even better service to our clients,” says Cela.

In this way, we position ourselves as a leader in the transition to sustainable construction, offering our clients products that not only meet the highest industry standards but also promote a greener and more responsible future.
