Molins strengthens its commitment to industrialized construction at REBUILD 2025

  • The company will host a series of talks and presentations at stand 9E541 featuring renowned professionals from the construction industry.

Molins will once again participate as a Global Partner at REBUILD 2025, the leading event in the construction sector, taking place from April 23 to 25 at IFEMA Madrid. The event is expected to bring together over 25,000 professionals from across the construction field—including developers, builders, architects, and technical architects—and will feature more than 5,600 new building projects.

Throughout the three-day event, Molins will showcase its innovative industrialized construction solutions at stand 9E541 and take an active role in numerous talks, round tables, and institutional meetings, reinforcing its position as a key player in the sector’s transformation.

The company will sponsor the Molins Theatre, a dedicated space within the congress aimed at promoting industrialized construction. Higini Alfageme, Executive Vice President Precast Business, will open this forum by presenting Molins’ comprehensive and flexible industrialized system, designed to address any construction challenge in the residential sector. Additionally, the company will participate in key presentations on sustainability, digitalization, and large-scale industrialized construction, and will engage in sessions hosted by the Navarra Cluster and the Madrid Building Cluster, among others.

At this edition of REBUILD, Molins will highlight the importance of fostering a culture of building renovation in Spain as a driver of innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Beyond improving comfort, reducing energy consumption, and increasing property value, renovation is emerging as a key strategy to advance toward the decarbonization of the economy.

A strong commitment to industrialized construction

Molins’ presence at REBUILD 2025 is further proof of its commitment to new construction methods. Through its concrete precast business, the company promotes industrialized construction, operating with 13 production plants, 1,500 professionals, and projects across Spain.

During the event, the construction solutions company will present its latest innovation in industrialization: 3D vertical communication cores, which include stairwells, elevator shafts, landings, and prefabricated stairs. These systems can be adapted to all types of industrialized buildings as well as in-situ construction. This comprehensive system features a modular design adaptable to any construction challenge, streamlining execution times and enhancing quality and safety in the construction sector.
