comunicacion@molins.es- The transaction expands the capabilities of Molins’ Concrete & Aggregates business in industrial concrete flooring solutions.
- Both companies operate across the Spanish market and specialize in high-flatness flooring for industrial and logistics projects.
Molins has strengthened its Concrete & Aggregates business with the acquisition of 100% of Pavimentos Industriales Pavirat, S.L. and Lithium Concrete, S.L., companies specialized in the execution of industrial concrete flooring and high-flatness floor systems.
Founded in 2014, Pavimentos Industriales Pavirat has a well-established track record in the design and construction of high-performance concrete flooring systems. The company operates throughout the Spanish market, and its engineering team develops solutions tailored to the needs of each client and the specific requirements of every project. It operates with state-of-the-art concrete spreading and finishing equipment, ensuring excellent levels of flatness and durability in its projects.
Lithium Concrete, founded in 2019, specializes in technical magnesite continuous flooring solutions for the industrial, decorative, and renovation sectors.
The acquisition is part of Molins’ growth strategy in the field of concrete flooring applications. Since 2008, the Concrete & Aggregates business has developed flooring and screed solutions for a range of sectors. The addition of Pavirat and Lithium Concrete will allow Molins to expand this activity by incorporating greater specialization in high-flatness industrial flooring, a segment experiencing growing demand in industrial and logistics facilities.
“This acquisition strengthens our capabilities in industrial flooring solutions and allows us to continue advancing our growth strategy in flooring applications. Bringing in teams with strong technical expertise will enable us to offer an even more comprehensive service to our customers,” says Salvador Fernández, Executive Vice President Cement & RMC Spain & Mexico at Molins.
With this transaction, Molins continues to advance its growth roadmap in concrete-related solutions and applications, strengthening its technical capabilities and expanding its range of solutions for industrial and logistics projects.
