CO2CAPTURE Project: transforming emissions into resources 

Our CO2CAPTURE project has been recognized by Acció, the public agency for the competitiveness of Catalan businesses, with a grant from the Nuclis R+D Green program in the field of climate change.

The project’s goal is to assess the feasibility of using CO2 emissions from our cement factory chimney in Sant Vicenç dels Horts and combining them with industrial waste to create products such as cement additives and superplasticizers for concrete. This is a key opportunity to reduce emissions and enhance sustainability in our sector.

Together with Master Builders Solutions and Carinsa, and with the support of Catalonia’s leading technology center, Eurecat, we are exploring new technologies and processes that will enable us to tackle the challenges of climate change. This advancement strengthens our sustainable growth strategy, as we continue to drive circular economy and innovation.
