In 2008, Molins set up a works plant in Sarrià de Ter (Girona) to supply products for the construction of the Girona-French border section of the AVE high-speed railway line.

These works included the construction of 2 tunnels.

The products supplied were mainly shotcrete (gunite) as well as structural concrete.
