Accessories for bridges

We provide comprehensive solutions to meet our customers’ demands. We offer a wide range of accessories to complement our precast concrete structures. Examples of the above include:

Cantilevered pre-slabs for trough beams don’t require any shoring, as they are designed to support their weight and that of the slab to be concreted on top of them on the site. In the case of straight-edged decks, the pre-slab includes a lateral elevation to prevent the need for any on-site formwork.

The pillars transmit the deck load to the foundations at the intermediate supports between the bridge abutments. We design, supply and assemble different kinds of precast pillars suitable for supporting any type of precast deck that may be supplied.

These elements greatly simplify the construction process, due to the high assembly performance that can be achieved, thereby avoiding the need for high formwork.

The lintel is the part of the pillar that bears the load of the beams and transmits it to the shafts. The lintel must also be able to accommodate the levelling layers of the supports for the beams that meet at it. We configure our precast concrete solution to the needs of the project.
