Walls and reinforced earth

Rectangular concrete section channel with interior dimensions 4×2.5 m and approximate length 1,900 m, 1,800 m in open section that is resolved with 2 prefabricated ATMs 2.75 m high embedded in a 25cm thick in situ slab.

The ATMs are manufactured in 10.20 m and 5.10 m lengths that adapt to straight and curved sections.

Highlights:

  • Speed ​​of execution and commissioning. The length of the modules limits assembly time to a maximum, reducing the number of pieces to be arranged.
  • The organization of the advance and the fact that the cashiers act as lateral formwork for the slab allow the concreting of the slab to be done consecutively to the assembly of the elevations.
  • The quality and high compactness of the precast concrete combined with an effective joint solution guarantees high impermeability.
  • The tongue and groove on the side of the panels allows the panels to rotate during assembly for perfect alignment to the layout while maintaining the impermeability of the joint.
