At Molins-Molins we work in a BIM environment. The management software for this environment allows you to create precise, information-rich 3D models that contain all the structural data necessary to subsequently build and maintain the industrialized concrete structure and enclosures.

By using BIM, the entire project can be planned and visualized during pre-construction. Space usage simulations and 3D visualizations allow our clients to experience what the space will look like, offering the ability to make changes before beginning construction. Having an improved overview from the start minimizes lengthy and costly changes later.
