Supply of HP45 flexural concrete for railway bridge

Project description

For the execution of a railway bridge located in Vic, a supply of 500 m³ of HP45 flexural concrete was carried out, distributed over two concreting phases.

In order to meet the project schedule, the supply was coordinated from our production plants in Vic and La Garriga, starting at 5:00 a.m. and lasting 12 continuous hours on Saturday, ensuring uninterrupted pouring.

During execution, a strict quality control of the concrete was performed, including consistency tests using the Abrams cone on each truck, ensuring compliance with the required technical specifications.

HP45 flexural concrete was selected for its mechanical performance, suitable for railway structures subjected to high loads.
