In a new residential development in Barcelona, we contributed by providing solutions adapted to the different needs of the project, combining construction efficiency, comfort and structural optimisation.

Levelling and acoustic insulation with Prosilence

Inside the dwellings, it was necessary to level the slab surface, which presented irregularities, and at the same time improve the acoustic insulation performance between spaces.

To meet both requirements, the Prosilence solution was selected, which allows both functions to be combined in a single application.

Lightweight screed with Prolight cellular in inner courtyards

In the inner courtyards, located above the parking slab, the execution of a lightweight screed was required for large-thickness fills. To achieve this, Prolight cellular was selected, as, being a lightweight material, it prevents overloading the structure. In addition, as a pump-applied product, it offers great ease of application and fast execution on site, optimising construction timelines.
