Lightweight screed solution

The lightweight screed applied in a new residential development in Sant Pere de Ribes required a solution that would not overload the concrete slab with a steel structure.

Due to the structural load limitations, the PROLIGHT CELULAR solution was selected. This is a lightweight, pumpable material that significantly reduces loads on the slab.

In addition, its pump application enabled fast and efficient execution on site, optimizing working times and ensuring a uniform installation.

The project covered an area of approximately 6,000 m².

This solution improved the overall performance of the project, ensuring efficient execution adapted to the structural requirements.
