Emergency paving, Renovation of railway tracks – Martorell

Paving for rapid commissioning in the renovation of the railway tracks in the industrial sector of Martorell. The project required a concrete with rapid hardening and at the same time a guaranteed strength of 25Mpa.

The client also chose to install metal structure together with HRR 25>>48 with structural polymeric fibres. HRR is a concrete especially for fast acting pavements due to its fast setting and guarantees a strength of 25Mpa in 48h.

A pumpable and resistant concrete, it provides homogeneity, speed and ease of application. 130 m3 of concrete was supplied from the Molins plant in Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
