Promsa’s structures division has built the 4-storey multi-family housing building with parking in the town of Sitges using traditional formwork.

As the building is located on the seafront, the foundation slab needs to be completely waterproofed as it is below the water table.

With a floor area of 2,000m2 and a concrete volume of 1,050m3.
