For the construction of this 7-storey multi-family building on Carrer Urgell in Vilanova i la Geltrú, a lightened slab (Forli system) was used.

This system is defined by a lightweight lost formwork, formed by standardised pieces (top, bottom and plate) of high-density EPS (expanded polystyrene), which allow the execution of one-way and/or waffle slabs.

It was applied on a surface area of 485m2 with an approximate use of 1385m3 of HA25 concrete for the entire project.
