Prosilence

Highly innovative product. Mixture of cement, aggregates, additives and 100% recycled polymeric material that give it superior thermal-acoustic properties to conventional mortar.

Continuous paving screeds can reach thicknesses of less than 35 mm, providing a completely level, light and crack-free surface.

This is a product that provides acoustic and thermal insulation as specified in the technical building code.

  • Surfaces requiring higher-than-normal thermal and acoustic insulation.
  • Surfaces with a thicknesses between 3.5 and 8 cm.
  • Surfaces for lightweight structures thanks to their low density.
  • PROSILENCE is compatible with floating parquet, marble, tiles and ceramics. If adhesives or glues are used, the mortar surface must be brushed by machine or with a spiked steel brush when laying the final coating. At the contractor’s request.
  • Direct application on the slab, without the need for sheets.

Application and delivery system

It is delivered on site by a concrete mixer lorry, and, via a pumping system, it is laid by a team of Molins professionals.
