Sprayed concrete
Developed for the firm support of a surface, without the need for formwork. This concrete is applied using machinery that projects it at high speed onto a surface, usually irregular, through a hose or nozzle. To increase its properties and resistance, fibers can be applied.
It contains structural fibers, in accordance with Annex 7 of the Structural Code “Recommendations for the use of fiber-reinforced concrete”.

Field of application
- Slope stabilisation.
- Reservoir walls and swimming pool walls.
- Lining in tunnels and parking lots.
Advantages
- Adapts to irregular ground.
- Economical, no formwork needed.
- Fast application.
- Can be colored for better adaptation to the environment.
- High compressive strength.
- Lower deformation due to containing fibers.
- Lower creep, low deformability.
- Highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion.
- Better fire behavior.
Application system
- Supplied to the execution point by concrete mixer truck.
- Its application requires a spraying machine, which is positioned in front of the surface to be supported. Using compressed air, the machine places the concrete on the surface.
