Run-of-mine and armour stone
Resistance to compression, fragmentation and crystallisation
The “run-of-mine” or core comes from quarry blasting with a size ranging between 0 and 300 kg.
The armour stone, also coming from quarry blasting, is a material classified into larger blocks, between 300 and 6,000 kg.

Field of application
- Armour stone for ports, retaining walls, etc.
- “Run-of-mine” or core: filling of large areas, embankments and rockfills (ports and airports), gabion walls, etc.
