Implementation of a new QR code system for the reception control of concrete samples.

A solution that strengthens traceability, automates key tasks, and improves operational efficiency on-site.

Since July 1st, all concrete production plants have been operating with a new QR code system linked to digital delivery notes, aimed at streamlining data management in the reception control of concrete samples on-site.

This improvement responds to the need to digitize key processes in the supply cycle, facilitating the work of technical teams on-site and optimizing quality controls.

The system is designed to comply with the requirements set out in the Structural Code (CodE) and allows for the automation of both internal and reception controls, enhancing traceability and reducing manual handling.

Thanks to the QR code included in each digital delivery note, laboratories can:

• Directly access the data related to the corresponding delivery.
• Automatically send the sample collection reports for reception control (as required by the CodE) to the specified email address, with no need for manual processing.

This initiative marks another step forward in our commitment to digitalization, quality, and continuous improvement in service.
