CSR

CSR (solid recovered fuel) is a 100% recycled material, which originates from non-hazardous industrial waste. The PRONATUR facility is a state-of-the-art plant with modern automation systems and meticulous quality control. During the processing of these materials (very heterogeneous in composition) online quality data is issued, which entails having a very rigorous control of the product’s calorific value (PCI) and the % humidity of the product. PROMSA’s CSR is manufactured in PRONATUR, a plant located in Montornés del Vallés, with a built area of 3,500m2, and recovers 50,000t of waste per year. The facility uses the best available techniques to shred, separate and classify the material to obtain a product in accordance with the demanding quality standards of the destination industry.
